Refund Policy

All items or services purchased from the Maine Council for English Language Arts are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing by MCELA. This policy applies but is not limited to:

• Membership fees

• Event registrations

• Digital products

• Store merchandise

• Sale items

Exceptions to the No Refund Policy

The only exceptions to our No Refund Policy include:

• Event Registrations: Event registrations may be canceled for a full refund no later than one week prior to the event. Some events may have different refund timelines. Please see event registrations for their specific refund policies.

• Legal Requirements: Following applicable laws, any other conditions or circumstances where we are legally required to offer a refund will be honored.
